Wish Health & Disability Services is a registered NDIS service provider based in Western Sydney, Australia. We are mostly known for providing personalised services for people with disability around our localised area. Wish understands the challenges faced by people with disability and thus works to improve and empower people with disability to help them achieve their dreams and goals. We aim to ensure opportunities for every NDIS participant by providing inclusive services so that they can have a flexible, effective and efficient lifestyle by providing the highest quality of care.

We provide a wide range of services from day programs, to housing & supported independent living, to supporting coordination and community access. Our day program is developed for participants who want to live their life to the fullest while developing independent living skills and engaging in social connections. Our housing and supported independent living programs are designed for participants who want to live independently while also developing independent life skills. Wish’s Support Coordination service allows you to guide you through your NDIS plan by explaining what you are entitled to while connecting you to the right people supporting your needs to reach your desired goal.
